This is a picture of Katie Taylor and husband Eph(er) Richardson. He is well remembered for entertaining people in Pine Knot/Whitley City area telling jokes, long tales and stories of the area at/near the rail road, pool halls, and Whitley City Bluebird Cafe. Only 2 family pictures exists of him. Picture taken around 1899.
