Meet the Raiders

McCreary County hoops fans were treated to a special evening of basketball entertainment in the first ever Meet the Raiders night. In addition to both the high school and middle school teams scrimmaging, players from all squads – including elementary – were introduced to the fans. The high school basketball season kicks off next Tuesday. The Raiders will host Somerset, and the Lady Raiders are on the road against West Jessamine.

The McCreary Central Cheerleading squad finished first runners up in the 12th Region Cheerleading competition Saturday.
