Applications Will Be Accepted For The Lake Cumberland Community Action Carden Program Beginning Wednesday, April 1, 2015

Lake Cumberland Community Action Agency will begin accepting applications Wednesday, April 1, 2015 for participation in the Garden Program. Individuals interested in participating may apply at the local Community Action Office, located at 431 N HWY 27 (Big M Plaza) Whitley City, KY between the hours of 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM.
Eligible households will receive vouchers for garden supplies redeemable at approved vendors. Garden program benefits will be offered until funds are depleted.

Participants must provide proof of income from the previous month for all house hold members (zero income forms are required for household members 18 and over with no income), Social Security Cards and other pertinent information for all household members. For more information call (606) 376-2593.

This program is funded, in part, under a contract with the Cabinet with fund from the Community Services Block Grant Act of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
