It’s Official

First Lady Jane Beshear visited McCreary County Wednesday to officially proclaim Stearns as Kentucky’s sixth Trail Town. Joined by Arts and Heritage Secretary Bob Stewart, Adventure Tourism Director Elaine Wilson, Representative Ken Upchurch, Senator Max Wise, Heritage Foundation CEO Becki Egnew and County Judge Executive Doug Stephens the First Lady declared Stearns as a gateway destination for outdoor adventure.
