BIG EVENING AT THE UPTOWN OPRY!!!!

Friday Aug. 21, will be a fantastic night of music at the Uptown Opry, as local singer/songwriter Ryan Patrick, makes his first Opry  appearance. Ryan is very popular among young and old alike.  His smooth delivery of a song and winning personality make him an audience favorite.

Also the newest member of the Uptown Opry show, Sarah Patrick will be delighting the band and the audience with her own brand of country music. Sarah is also a local singer/songwriter, with her very first CD in the works. The project will have many of your favorite country classics and an original song written by Sarah.

“I am always happy to help talented young artists on their way to being seasoned performers” stated Hap Strunk, band leader of the Uptown Opry. “Every act out of Nashville, started in a small venue near their hometown. We have  exceptional talent here in our own backyard, the that have never been to our show are missing out.” Said Strunk.

The Uptown Opry, is in it’s ninth year of, providing family friendly entertainment. Current Cast members are, Hap Strunk, Bridgett Turner-Gambrel, Lindsey Hatfield, Audie McQueary, Mike Mackin, Gerry Freeman and Tommy Davenport.
