Black Bear on the Plateau on Saturday, September 5, at the New Bandy Creek Amphitheater

Oneida, Tennessee:  In celebration of the National Park Service’s upcoming centennial birthday, the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area will host a 45-minute, ranger-led interpretive evening program for visitors on Saturday, September 5.  Come learn about the wild bears and their ways of life.  Come experience your beautiful national park!  This evening program begins at 7:00 p.m. (ET) at the Bandy Creek Amphitheater.

This program is free of charge.  Please wear weather-appropriate clothing.  Children must have a responsible adult present.  Well-behaved dogs on leashes are always welcome.  For directions or additional information, please call the Bandy Creek Visitor Center at (423) 286-7275.
