The McCreary County Kentucky Cattlemen’s Association held their first annual meeting on September 26 at J.C. Perry’s farm.  There were more than 50 people in attendance. Sherman Adkins brought his Charolais bulls and did a presentation.  T.J. Adkins did a presentation on how to AI cattle and how he used the AI program with his cattle. Limestone Equipment displayed a John Deere Tractor. Valley Farm Equipment brought a Massey Ferguson tractor and discussed their buying program.  The McCreary County Conservation District brought equipment and a display about the items that can be rented through their office.  Lake Cumberland Livestock Market , Before Town Market and members provided the meal.  Many thanks to the Kentucky Cattlemen’s Association for all of their help.
