Cotton selected for All-Star Team

McCreary Central Senior Kaylee Cotton can add another honor to her already long list of accomplishments – a selection to the 2016 Kentucky All Star Girls’ Basketball Team.

Cotton, who was third in the state in scoring this past season, and eclipsed 3,000 career points as a Lady Raider was chosen one of the top players in the state to be a part of the team, coached by Muhlenberg County’s Mike Harper.

The 13-member team will play against the Indiana All Star Team on Saturday, June 11 at the Banker’s Life Arena in Indianapolis and again at Bellarmine University in Louisville on Sunday, June 12.

Cotton has committed to continue her hoops career at Lipscomb University, where she will be enrolling as a freshman this fall.
