Drug arrest made

 

 

McCreary County Sheriff Randy Waters along with Deputies Charles Perry and Odell Smith made a drug arrest Monday morning near McDonalds in Whitey City.

According to the arrest report, officers were notified that the subject, identified as Alicia A. McDonald, 33, of Pine Knot, was walking between the parking lot beside McDonalds and United Cumberland Bank.

Officers observed the subject carrying a white pillow case, and discovering an outstanding warrant in her name, placed her in custody.

A search of the bag turned up various pills, a glass pipe, five needles and other items.

McDonald was charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Buy/Possess Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Intoxication – Controlled Substance.
