Grand Jury indicts 2
In a light month for the McCreary County Grand Jury only two indictments were released this week.
Jamie Lynch, of Whitley City, was indicted on one count of Flagrant Non Support for allegedly failing to make court ordered child support payments for her two infant children for at least six months, with an arrearage of over $1,000.
Lynch was also charged with being a Persistent Felony Offender after a previous conviction in 2013.
Jonathan Thomas, of Whitley City, was indicted on one charge of Fraudulent Use of a Debit/Credit Card over $500 but less than $10,000 for reportedly knowingly and unlawfully using a debit card not issued to him to obtain cash and merchandise totaling $2339.23 on or around June 16.
