Kathy Brannon Craft Days

The annual Kathy Brannon Craft Days once again provided a two day opportunity for learning about traditional crafts and local heritage.  The annual program, offered by the McCreary County Extension Office and friends of longtime Extension Agent Kathy Brannon, is dedicated to the memory of Kathy who was passionate about passing her skills and knowledge to others.  Participants in this year’s workshop produced a variety of crafts including pen & ink sketches, woven baskets, burlap wreaths, and door hangers.   The annual event is held each year in September.
