Stephens receives full honors

Roger Stephens, former McCreary County Sheriff, passed away last week and received full honors for his burial Friday. More than 30 law enforcement vehicles formed an honor guard for Stephens as he made his final rounds past the Sheriff’s Office, where he served from 1990 to 1994, to his final post.
