McCreary County Emergency Management Director Stephen McKinney, EMS/911 Directors Jimmy Barnett, Willie Duncan and Red Cross representative Terry Baker signed an agreement that would allow the Red Cross to set up an emergency shelter in the park in the event of a snow emergency or disaster in the county.
