Summer Food Service Program

Eagle Community Center of the Christian Appalachian Project is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided, at a first come, first serve basis, at the sites and the times as follows:

Eagle Community Center, 100 Eagle School Road, Parkers Lake, KY 42634

Snack: 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Lunch 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Days Served: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Dates Served: June 6, 2017 through July 27, 2017. No meals served on July 4.


Walker Chapel Church, 150 P.P. Walker Lane, Parkers Lake, KY 42634

Supper: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Days Served: Monday thru Friday

Dates Served: June 19, 2017 thru June 23, 2017


Eagle Creek United Baptist Church, 2084 Highway 986, Parkers Lake, KY 42634

Snack: 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Supper: 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Days served: Saturday

Date Served: July 15, 2017

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form (AD-3027), found online at http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all the information requested in the form.
