Cash passes Next Generation Leadership Program

New superintendents in Kentucky benefit from an organized and sequenced professional learning and onboarding program (90 Hours of Instruction) designed and led by the Kentucky Association of School Administrators (KASA). The program, the Next Generation (NxG) Leadership Series for Onboarding New Superintendents, presents standards- based induction model that provides immediate support for a newly hired superintendent by an Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) team. The NxG Leadership Series is the statewide induction program for school superintendents in Kentucky. It is an extensive onboarding process that provides deeper knowledge levels, broadened skill sets, practical application, and dispositions for leadership based on seven effectiveness standards for superintendents. After completion, superintendents will complete the program by presenting a Capstone Project to the local BOE.
