Search warrant reveals drugs

McCreary County Sheriff Randy Waters reports the arrest of a Pine Knot man Sunday night after officers executed a search warrant at a Mose Musgrove Residence and discovered illegal drugs.

Jordan Musgrove, 26, was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance first degree, trafficking in a controlled substance third degree, trafficking in marijuana, cultivating marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of the case.

Officers obtained and executed a search warrant around 10:00 p.m. Sunday night at the residence and found baggies with a white substance, more than $1,400 in cash, scales, pipes and what is suspected to be methamphetamine. Also found on the property was a growing marijuana plant and a baggie of marijuana.

Musgrove was lodged in the Leslie County Detention Center.
