Three arrested for selling drugs near school

McCreary County Sheriff Randy Waters reports the arrest of three individuals accused of selling drugs near a school last week.
Sheriff Waters stated Deputy Cody Stephens and his department had been conducting an investigation in to the suspected drug trafficking occurring at a residence on Batter Road in Pine Knot, located adjacent to Pine Knot Elementary School.
A search warrant for the residence was obtained and executed Thursday night where officers found baggies containing suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, pills and drug paraphernalia.
Arrested were: Delaine Lyons, 36, charged with possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking within 1,000 feet of a school and cultivating marijuana. Jerrica Baltimore, 25, and Bradley Garland, 25, both charged with possession of a controlled substance (meth), trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
All three are lodged in the Leslie County Detention Center.
