The McCreary County Grand Jury had a short docket this month, returning only three indictments against three individuals for the month of November.
Michael Braden, of Pine Knot, was charged with one count of Flagrant Non-Support for allegedly failing to make court-ordered child support payments for his two children for at least six months, and was in arrears for $10,178.
Frederick Pierce, of Sydney, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Bail Jumping First Degree for reportedly failing to appear in McCreary County Court on felony charges pursuant to the terms of the bail bond issued.
Kyle D. Clark, of Stearns, was charged with a count of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Intoxicants – Fourth Offense, for allegedly operating a motor vehicle on October 6th while under the influence. According to the indictment Clark had three previous OUI convictions in 2010, 2012 and 2103.
