Senator Max Wise will hold his annual town hall for McCreary County next week as he wraps up meetings with constituents from all counties in his District ahead of the upcoming legislative session.
McCreary’s Town Hall will take place on Tuesday, December 3 at 5:00 p.m. at Kristina’s Kitchen in downtown Whitley City and all are invited to attend.
The Senator, representing the 16th District of Adair, Clinton, Cumberland, McCreary, Russell, Taylor, and Wayne counties, tries to meet with his constituents every year to provide updates on the upcoming legislative session and listen to concerns and comments from the people he represents. One of the main issues facing the Legislature next year will be the budget.
“Town hall forums are a beneficial and transparent way for me to listen to my constituents and gain feedback from them on the issues that the General Assembly plans to tackle during the upcoming legislative session,” Senator Wise said. “I am proud to have held these meetings every year since assuming office.”
