Constable awarded medal

: The Kentucky Constables Association honored Constable Cody Stephens with the Life Saving Medal last week for his actions on the night of the shooting of Deputy Watkins. KCA President Jason Rector and Representative Robert Goforth presented him the honor. Constable Stephens gave Deputy Watkins the Wounded in the Line of Duty medal this week, also awarded by the KCA.
