The McCreary County Fiscal Court regular monthly meeting planned for tonight (Thursday, September 10) at 6:00 p.m. has been rescheduled as a special meeting on Monday, September 14, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at the McCreary County Court House. The meeting was rescheduled after McCreary County Judge Executive Jimmie “Bevo” Greene self-quarantined due to coming in contact with an individual who tested positive for COVID-19. After being made aware of the contact and his need to self-quarantine, Judge Greene quickly tested for the virus. His test results were negative. Judge Green is self-monitoring at home and does a temperature check each morning.
“I feel great, I feel normal,” Judge Greene told “The Voice.” “I’ve been at home conducting business online and on the phone.”
Greene’s self-quarantine (fourteen days after exposure) ends Saturday, September 12.
