Governor Beshear said that if the Coronavirus continued to spread across the state at the current rate he would impose additional restrictions on businesses. Monday 1,514 new cases in Kentucky were reported and Tuesday the number of new cases jumped to 2,931. Beshear is expected to announce the additional business restrictions this week.
Governor Beshear said Monday, “We just need more people day in and day out doing the right thing.” Beshear is urging all Kentuckians to follow the health and safety guidelines set out by the CDC and on the state’s kycovid19.ky.gov web site to help stop the spread of Covid-19.
The Governor issued additional guidelines for celebrating Thanksgiving that can be found on the state’s kycovid19.ky.gov website, which allows you to assess the risk of attending gatherings by the number of people expected to attend.
