High speed chase crosses state lines

James Tyler-Dewayne Ridner of Parkers Lake Kentucky was placed under arrest after fleeing officers and crossing the Kentucky/Tennessee line. The officers approached the driver’s side door as the suspect made a sharp turn to escape hitting the Deputy’s patrol car and tearing off the front bumper.
