Farmers Market

The McCreary County Farmers’ Market opened last Saturday with a diverse group of vendors. Shoppers were able to purchase a variety of locally grown or crafted items including organic salad mixes and broccoli, green onions, flowers, plants, hand-crafted birdhouses, freshly baked breads and cookies, and farm fresh eggs. The Market is open every Saturday during the season from 9:00 until 12:00 and will be open later in the season on Wednesdays in downtown Whitley City from 5:00 until 7:00.
