Have you seen this man?

Ronnie Howard, age 53, of Whitley City has been missing since September 21, 2021.  On that day, Howard left on foot from a residence on Williamsburg Street near Stephens Farm Road.  His family has received one report of a possible sighting (September 27) of Howard walking in town near the former Kroger building in Whitley City.  Howard has dark brown eyes, dark hair, weighs about 130 pounds, and is approximately 5 ft 9 inches in height.  He has medical problems (seizures), and the family feels Howard would have contacted them by now if able.  Howard usually dresses in blue jeans and gray t-shirts.
