Grand Jury indicts nine

The McCreary County Grand Jury met in regular session on February 14, 2022 and returned nine indictments. The indictments were filed February 28, 2022 with the McCreary Circuit District Court. 

Deloris Dunn and Natalie Sumner were indicted for committing the alleged offenses of Forgery 2nd Degree and Perjury 1st Degree.

Marklos Goins was indicted for committing the alleged offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree – Methamphetamine and Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree.

Jeremay Richardson was indicted for committing the alleged offenses of Rape 1st Degree and Sodomy 1st Degree.

Brian Garland was indicted for committing the alleged offense of Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon.

Marlainna Terry was indicted for committing the alleged offenses of DUI 4th Offense, Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree – 2 counts.

Thomas Rose – was indicted for committing the alleged offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree – Methamphetamine and DUI 3rd.

Peggy Cox was indicted for committing the alleged offenses of Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon and Assault 1st Degree. 

Dewayne Thomas and Kristina Hayes were indicted for committing the alleged offense of Bail Jumping 1st Degree.

James Watters was indicted for committing the alleged offenses of Receiving Stolen Property $1000 or more and Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree.
