Nelda Gilreath Library

During a special called meeting last Thursday, the McCreary County Board of Education dedicated the Pine Knot Elementary Building 1 Library in honor of the late Nelda Gilreath.  Mrs. Gilreath was a long-time educator and school board member in the McCreary County School System.  During the meeting, family members, board members, and others spoke eloquently of Mrs. Gilreath’s passion for children and reading.
