Tourism and recreational businesses are beginning to pop up more and more frequently in McCreary County.

This week, “It’s Our Nature” highlights Outdoor Addiction in Stearns.

Outdoor Addiction LLC is a locally owned and operated business catering to canoe and kayak enthusiasts.

The business offers canoe and kayak rentals on the Big South Fork River. Car top rentals are also available.

Canoes -$30.00 per person for half day to all day trip, ages 17 and up.  $25.00 per person 16 and under. Kayaks are $40.00 per person. $10.00 additional for each overnight. Can also pick up and  drop off at the Reservoir.

Shuttle services begin at $50.00 for up to 3 people. $15 for each additional person depending on distance of shuttle. Shuttle service is also available for private boaters and hikers.
