District Court Judge Cathy Prewitt recently signed an order dismissing the charges of Permitting Gambling against Eric Vanselow and ordering the return of gaming machines seized by county law enforcement to the company owning the machines. Representatives from the company travelled to McCreary County to collect their Burning Barrel gaming machines, stating they are a company that supports small business by placing gaming machines in small business areas as a way to increase customer traffic. Representatives did not say specifically where they would relocate the machines; however, they did note there are specific places where the machines can be located.
