Bertha Clark

Bertha Clark, age 78, of Stearns, Kentucky, passed away at the Baptist Health Corbin hospital on Tuesday, November 29, 2022. Bertha was born in McCreary County, Kentucky on Sunday, January 23, 1944, to the late Ottis Clark and the late Grace (Jones) Clark Foster. She loved to read her bible, playing with birds, driving to see the scenery, and listening to gospel music. Bertha was a member at the McCreary County Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, Bertha is preceded in death by her son, Tony Clark; her significant other, Ronald Wilson; a brother, Tom Clark; and a sister, Lola Risen. Bertha’s surviving family includes her sons; Kenny Clark (Terri), Freddie Clark (Tera), Gary Clark (Daphne), Eddie Clark (Janet); her daughter, BJ Taylor (Steve); brothers, Marty Clark, Raymond Clark; sisters, Jewel Whitehead, Judy Privett, Ella Corder; 7 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren. The funeral service for Bertha were held at the McCreary County Funeral Home on Friday, December 2, 2022 at 2:00pm EST. Visitation was Friday at the funeral home from 12:00pm EST until the funeral began. Burial followed the funeral service and was in the Angel Cemetery in Stearns, Kentucky.
