Joyce Tucker Keith

Joyce Mae Tucker Keith, age 79 years and two days, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Baptist Health Care in Corbin, Kentucky and was placed in the care of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home. Funeral services were held Monday, December 5, 2022, in the chapel of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Keith Morrow Cemetery. Joyce was born Monday Nov. 29, 1943 in Wiborg, Kentucky to Harley Coffey Sr. and Carrie Strunk Coffey. She was a full-time mother and homemaker. She married Jimmie Leonard Tucker in 1959 and they were the parents of four children, Tracey, Jimmie Christopher, Kevin Douglas, and Brian Wesley. In her younger years, Joyce enjoyed attending country music shows at Tombstone Junction and reading. In her later years, she enjoyed traveling with her husband, Arnold Keith, whom she married after Jimmie passed away and attending various churches. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her family. Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, Jimmie Tucker, and Arnold Keith, two brothers, James Wendell “Jesse” Coffey and Jerry David Coffey and a sister, Naomi Ruth Coffey. She is survived by her children, Tracey Strunk and husband, Hap, Chris Tucker and wife, Christina, Kevin Tucker and wife, Carla, and Brian Tucker and wife, Rachael. brothers, Bill Coffey and wife, Phyllis, Harley Coffey Jr., and wife, Pauline, Larry Coffey, Tommy Coffey, and Stanley Coffey and wife, Loretta, grandchildren, Alisha “Nickie” Tucker and Ryan, Brandon Tucker, Andy Strunk and Brittany, Eric Tucker and Heather, Matt Strunk, Mason Tucker and Brittany, Cash Tucker and Cassie, Hannah Bushong, Conner Bushong, Olivia Mae Tucker, Aidan Lafferty, Mason Lafferty, and Griffin Lafferty, and 11 great grandchildren. Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home was honored to serve the family of Joyce Tucker Keith.
