Whitley City Elementary hosted a winterfest event filled with winter-themed events for the entire family.  Those attending had a great time decorating Christmas cookies and taking part in Mrs. Claus’ cakewalk, reindeer ringtoss, and other wintery games.  Santa and the Grinch were also on hand to meet, greet, and take photos.
