Patricia Diane Morrow

Patricia Diane Morrow, age 71, of Pine Knot, Kentucky, passed away Friday, January 13, 2023, at the Hospice of Lake Cumberland in Somerset, Kentucky. She was born on June 6, 1951, in Jellico, Tennessee, to James Dillard and Helen Ruth (Stephens) Ball.  She is preceded in death by her father, her husband, Larry Ray Stephens, her brother, Roger Ball, and a sister Wilma Charlene Neal. Surviving family include her mother, Ruth Ball of Pine Knot, her children: Eric Morrow  (Tammy) of Pine Knot, Chrissy Chitwood (Johnathan) of Pine Knot, three grandchildren, Kemen Brown (Brittany), Taylor Morrow (Tanner), and Dillian Morrow.  She has one great grandchild, Maverick West.  Her step-children are James Stephens (Becky) and Jennifer Kidd (Chad).  There are several nieces and nephews and a special friend, Mamaw Sheila McCulley. Diane enjoyed the time she spent with her family.  She liked to play bingo, go camping, yard sales, gardening. flowers and online auctions. Funeral services were held Monday, January 16, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at the Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Braxton King officiating.  She was laid to rest at the East Pine Knot Memorial Gardens in Pine Knot.  Visitation was Monday beginning at 11:30 a.m. until time for services.
