Debbie Lynn Souleyrette

Debbie Lynn Souleyrette, age 67, of Stearns, Kentucky passed away at her home early Sunday morning, May 7, 2023, surrounded by her family. Debbie was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on February 9, 1956 to Melvin Flavus Neal and Linella (York) Neal. Debbie loved spending time with family and friends, as well as time in the great outdoors, camping and fishing. She was also an amazing hairdresser and seamstress. Debbie is preceded in death by both parents, one nephew Rodney Dale Frost, and one great granddaughter Georgianna Lynn Vaughn. Surviving family includes her best friend, life partner and caregiver of 40+ years, Randy Gillem; her two daughters, Kristie Vaugh, husband Kenneth of Strunk, KY, and Mandy Litton, husband Justin of Maryville, TN; three sisters, Pam Neal of Dayton, KY, Paula Webb, husband Bill of Whitley City, KY, and Cheryl Nichols, husband Greg of Crittenden, KY; three grandchildren, Krista Meadors of Somerset, KY, Kalie Meadors of Somerset, KY and Branden Vaughn, wife Tori, of Strunk, KY; three great-grandchildren Maverick Gaskins and Mylie Meadors, and Ila AnnaJean Lynn Vaughn; and two nieces, Kasy Harper, and Annessa Coffey-West, husband Daniel. At her request, Debbie will be cremated and a small Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at a later date. Somerset Undertaking Co. & Crematory has been entrusted with the arrangements.
