The following McCreary County Grand Jury indictments were filed in the McCreary County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office on June 26, 2023.
Jeremy Young of Stearns, KY was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree, First Offense (methamphetamine.)
Daniel Kyle Clark, Stearns, KY, was charged with ten counts, including: (1) Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree, Second Offense (methamphetamine) (2) Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Second Offense (alprazolam) (3) Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree, First Offense (suboxone) (4) Fleeing or Evading the Police in First Degree (5) Fleeing or Evading the Police in the Second Degree (6) Resisting Arrest (7) Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree (8) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, First Offense (9) Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Intoxicants, Second Offense (10) Persistent Felony Offender in the First Degree.
Caleb Jones, Strunk, KY, was charged with (1) Use of a Minor in a Sexual Performance by using his camera to video a juvenile as she was undressing, without her knowledge (2) Possession or Viewing of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor by having in his possession videos and photographs of a juvenile as she was removing her clothing and not clothed without her knowledge.
Aaron Ross, Pine Knot, KY, was indicted for the following: (1) Unlawful Transaction with a Minor by knowingly inducing sexual intercourse with a minor (2) Unlawful Transaction with a Minor by actively involving a minor in illegal drug activity (3) Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree, First Offense (methamphetamine) (4) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, First Offense.
Stanley Gibson, Somerset, KY, was charged with (1) Theft by Unlawful Taking of the Value of $1,000 or More by knowingly and unlawfully taking a 2006 Subaru Baja (2) Theft by Unlawful Taking of the Value of $10,000 or More by taking cash, car keys and titles to other classic vehicles (3) Persistent Felony Offender in First Degree.
Adam Meadows, Whitley City, KY, was charged with (1) Theft by Unlawful Taking of the Value of $10,000 or More by taking a 2018 Dodge Truck (2) Theft by Unlawful Taking of the Value of $1,000 or More by taking automobile keys and fobs along with other merchandise (3) Theft of Identity of Another without Consent (4) Fraudulent Use of a Debit or Credit Card of $1,000 or More.
Billy Roberts, Stearns, KY, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree, Second Offense (methamphetamine.)
